Birth rates have been declining in Utter Pradesh since the 1970s, but not as much as the rest of India, making the area a likely spot for the 7 billionth baby. According to the Indian Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Uttar Pradesh had a fertility rate of 3.8 births per woman in 2008, compared with 2.6 births per woman in India as a whole.

Anders Behring Breivik’s father was a diplomat. He used to live in London. However, his parents got divorced during his childhood. Anders Behring Breivik was a Christian fundamentalism which means he hates Islamite a lot. He used to broadast his opinions about extreme right when he was in his twenties, but he didn’t belong any parties which concerned extreme right.

I felt astonished the rioting in London. Because I always considered England as a happy country that people has a enjoyable lives before. In fact, London had existed the serious problems. First 10 percent of the rich lived more luxurious than the poor. Rich people always spent seven thousand dollars eating a meal. But the poor could survive for a week. Second the government decided to raise registration fee for college, so many students couldn’t support it. These unfair situations lead to rob and damage property. It could cause other violent acts. I think England government should handle these problems instead of ignoring them. For example, the government could decrease the tax at the right moment and enhance more work chances. Maybe it would improve the bad environment in London.
